I am currently accepting new clients (children, adolescents, and adults) located in Virginia for in-person and virtual sessions. My background in health care has given me a deep, practical understanding of how one’s struggles affect the whole person - mind and body. I've worked alongside individuals through their most vulnerable moments, and those experiences have shaped me into a provider who listens first and validates your complexity beyond a label or diagnosis.

If you or someone you love is struggling with anxiety, depression, or the weight of past trauma, you don't have to navigate those feelings alone. As a pre-licensed counselor and a licensed practical nurse with specialized experience in mental health care, I bring both clinical knowledge and genuine compassion to every client I work with. My professional experience spans emergency medicine, residential eating disorder treatment facilities, and community mental health crisis centers. The nature of these settings has provided me with ample experience exploring grief and trauma with my clients.   

My approach is non-judgmental and grounded in the belief that healing is possible. I know that reaching out is often daunting.
