Jonathan is the Clinical Director of Acadian and a Board Certified Supervisor approved by the Virginia Board of Counseling. He provides clinical supervision for LPC residents in counseling, LMFT residents, and graduate level mental health interns. Jonathan is certified in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and brings strong clinical depth in working with personality disorders, trauma, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, psychosis, and complex relational concerns.

His supervision style integrates structured skill development with reflective clinical discussion. He is well versed in a range of evidence based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. Jonathan supports developing clinicians in strengthening case conceptualization, risk assessment, ethical decision making, and confident therapeutic presence while maintaining high standards of clinical care.

Heidi is the president and a Board Certified Supervisor approved by the Virginia Board of Counseling and provides clinical supervision for LPC residents in counseling, LMFT residents, and graduate level mental health interns. 

Her clinical work includes anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, obsessive behaviors, personality disorders, psychotic symptoms, and complex family dynamics across the lifespan. She integrates evidence based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral interventions, Solution Focused Therapy, EMDR, Play Therapy, Sand Tray Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strength Based interventions. In supervision, she emphasizes ethical practice, strong case conceptualization, trauma informed care, and the development of clinical confidence grounded in compassion and professional integrity.
