Being a teenager right now is harder than most adults realize. The pressure to perform — grades, college applications, sports, a future that feels like it gets decided at sixteen — lands on kids who are still figuring out who they are. Some teens carry it quietly. Others show it through withdrawal, self-harm, or thoughts that scare them and the people who love them. If that's your family right now, you are not alone, and you've found the right place.
Teen and adolescent therapy is the heart of our practice. Every provider on our staff is trained in specialized trauma therapy techniques, which means no thought is too dark to say out loud here — our therapists won't flinch, and they know how to help. We walk with teens through anxiety, depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, perfectionism and academic pressure, sports burnout, identity questions, and the loneliness that so often hides underneath all of it. Sessions are available in person or by secure telehealth — whichever helps your teen feel seen and heard.
If your teen is in crisis right now, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline) any time, day or night, or go to your nearest emergency room.

Kids rarely say "I'm anxious" — they show us, through meltdowns, school refusal, stomachaches, or silence. Our child therapists are trained in child-centered play therapy, expressive arts, and sand tray work: approaches built for how children actually process feelings, because talking like an adult isn't how a 6-year-old heals. We help with anxiety, ADHD, trauma, big behaviors, and school struggles — and we work with you, the parent, because you're part of the treatment team, not a bystander in the waiting room. Parent coaching sessions are available in person or by telehealth.

Whether this is your first time in therapy or you've tried before and something didn't click, our adult therapists bring specialized tools for the full range of what life throws at people: anxiety and depression, PTSD and complex trauma, personality disorders, adult ADHD, grief, and major life transitions. That might mean EMDR to process trauma your mind hasn't been able to file away, DBT skills for emotions that feel too big, or psychodynamic work to understand patterns that keep repeating — and your therapist will always explain what they recommend and why. Sessions are available in person or by secure telehealth, with the same evidence-based care either way.
Two areas of care run especially deep on our adult team:
• Women's mental health — providers who specialize in the seasons of a woman's life, from motherhood and postpartum struggles through every identity shift and transition that follows, in a space where you don't have to hold it together for everyone else.
• Military, veterans & first responders — clinicians who understand the culture, the weight of what you've seen and carried, and why walking into a therapy office might be the hardest call you've made. You won't need to explain your world here.

When one person in a family is struggling, the whole system feels it — and healing works the same way. We offer couples therapy and family therapy grounded in family systems work, helping people say the things that have gone unsaid and repair the patterns that keep everyone stuck.
Here's what makes our approach different: because our practice houses many specialized clinicians under one roof, each member of your family can have their own therapist — your teen with a trauma-trained teen specialist, you with your own individual therapist, and the family together with a family clinician. With your written permission, your providers collaborate behind the scenes, so everyone is working from the same picture instead of hearing one side of the story. It's the kind of coordinated care that simply isn't possible when a family is scattered across different practices.

Medication management is provided by a psychiatric nurse practitioner who meets with you regularly. They prescribe medications after an evaluation to you to help with symptoms you may be experiencing. Our prescribers work with you and your therapist as a team in a holistic way to help you build a lifestyle that you desire.

Clinical supervision is for residents in counseling (R-LPCs) who need hours in order to meet their state-mandated supervision requirements. We can provide in-person, online, and even group supervision to those interested.

We are here to provide you with professional counseling services to help you achieve your goals and live a happier life. Our team of experienced counselors are dedicated to making a positive impact in your life. Contact us today to schedule an appointment.
